Marie-Pier has always been a part of the security world. Truly passionate about customer service, she is known for her ability to form a close and unique bond with her clients. Starting out as a computer technician, she climbed the ladder to become Account Director at Avant-Garde, a company acquired by Gardium in 2017.

Today, as Gardium’s Director of Major Accounts for Private Security, she makes sure to meet the specific needs of renowned clients in the field of aeronautics, food and industrial sectors.

Rigorous, involved, and with a reputation for quality work, Marie-Pier has more than 10 years of experience. Her greatest strength? Being totally accessible and ensuring the excellence of services rendered. Her job requires full contract management and a perfect knowledge of client sites. This touches on all levels of the Private Security department, from staffing and human resources to emergency management.

Growing rapidly when COVID-19 hit, Gardium was able to react quickly to security needs. Today the Private Security department counts 2,300 security agents, 500 of which have arrived since the first wave.
